Sean Foley, coach of Tiger Woods, had a burst out today in an interview with the host of a radio program Matt Adams. Foley says that there was enough of criticism and Tiger Woods have had enough of days of suffering for his past deeds. Now it is time for people to stop and let the man have some peace. He has a very prestigious position in the game of golf and this must not be mixed up with his personal life and the related scandals.

Foley said in the interview, “I believe every one has their own work and now I think they have discussed enough and must put a stop to it. People must not try to bring down the golfer Tiger woods and mix him up with the Tiger Woods as a man. I think the criticisms are getting beyond the tolerance limit now.”

The Golfer, Tiger Woods have been in the limelight and under immense pressure of destructive criticism since his attainment of the winner’s title in the PGA Tour. The critics got more indulgence when his scandalous personal life got revealed few years back. The extramarital affair he was having made him sacrifice not only his married life but also his career and image as a person.

Even though after the scandal and the blow at his personal life, he had been putting up good performance but the critics are more attentive on his behavior rather than his performance. He was found kicking his golf club when he missed a shot; this again created a stir of criticism. Tiger Woods after the game said, “I am really sorry if I had offended anyone with my actions out of frustration during the game.”

Foley has been associated with the player for about 2 years now, since 2010. Tiger Woods is turning round with his performances as the aftermath of the scandal affected his performance and career badly. Foley emphasized in his speech, “He is a very good man with wonderful qualities. He may have had a rough and a personal life with flaws, but people must stop criticizing and judging him by his past actions now. It has been more than a year now. This is getting intolerable even for me.”

Tiger’s performance in the ongoing season at the masters was under scrutiny of the critics as well. He finished off with a highest score even though he missed a shot thrice and kicked his golf club out of frustration. Most of the people are taking about this and not about his performance. This is really disappointing according to his swing coach Sean Foley.

Although Juventus holds an advantageous position of a three-point lead at the peak of Serie A with still five games to go, the club coach Antonio Conte does not want to be complacent or take undue risk as yet.
Conte demanded absolute focus on the game by his players prior to the Wednesday’s match at Cesena. Conte’s side is, however, the front runner to settle for their maiden Scudetto from the time of 2005-2006 campaign.
The Bull Run for the Turin giants continued as they took over the Roma with a 4-0 win on Sunday. They had also met with triumph in their six last league games.
Conte is cautious though. “We are taking one step at a time. Though we have marched forward, there is no denying of the fact that five games are yet to go.”
“It is of much significance that we have been able to already secure qualification in the Champions League. That is what we were focusing on this season. Now is the time to concentrate on the match at Cesena where there is very little to gain for us.”
Cesena come to the match at Dino Manuzzi stadium, fully aware of the fact that there is a chance of being demoted to Serie B as they are 14 points below the safety and there are 15 points that can be grabbed.
The second in the run AC Milan will host the 17th placed Genoa looking forward to bounce back from the 1-1 draw last weekend to Bologna that was a setback to their run for the title challenge.
The men in the team of Massimiliano Allegri have plunged five points in the last two matches at the renowned San Siro.
Lazio is all set to strengthen their position at the third place; this was the qualifying spot at the last Champions League. It was the time when they visited second bottom Novara.
Losing five of the last six matches they played, the Biancoceleste hold a three point lead over Udinese. The team Udinese has barely managed a single win in the last eight league matches and has to play against the European hopefuls, Inter Milan, at the coveted Friuli Stadium.
The 2-0 win against Novara was the only triumph in the fate of Napoli, the fifth placed in the league, in the past six matches they played.
Bergamaschi who have gained as many as 40 points from the 33 games lay just five point clear of the drop area.

While we in the USA look ahead to the MLS Cup Finals schedule, hoping our teams will make it to the big game, spare a thought for our footballing brothers across the pond. This morning in Manchester, England, the smoke of a thousand fires assails the sky, the black eyes, bruised egos, burnt bathrooms and broken records are littered across the city’s sense of surrealism, in the wake of what was surely the most dramatic derby day defeat ever. Manchester City have triumphed in such an extreme fashion that the Red Devils and their fans are still wobbling their heads, asking themselves “did this really happen?” The final score in the derby at Old Trafford was United 1 City 6. Do not adjust your set; the monied owners of City are finally seeing some solid evidence that their investment is paying off. Amid rumors of an extension to the Etihad Stadium that will give a 90,000 capacity, and – lord help us – whispers of a certain Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi coming to City, the English Premier League is being turned on its head. Meanwhile here in the States, we’re just happy to prepare for the coming contest, we might see a Philadelphia Union game or buy tickets to LA Galaxy games, namely the MLS Western Conference Finals. The MLS is growing all the time, and the price of MLS tickets is growing with it. This means that demand is high, and soccer tickets in the States right now are at an all-time high. The Manchester derby this weekend captured the imagination of the soccer world, and it’s something we in American can aspire to. Thing is, our closest thing to a big game is probably NY Red Bulls vs. LA Galaxy, but those teams are thousands of miles apart and so lack the spirit of a true “derby day” encounter. In America we tend to go more for generic “grudge matches”, like in college sports, with no consistent geographical connection. Then again, maybe that’s preferable to being a Manchester United fan in Manchester right now.

Torres has been sidelined for Chelsea’s last two Premier League games as a result of his reckless red card against Swansea on September 24, but the ban doesn’t affect European ties so the Spanish striker is available for Genk’s visit to Stamford Bridge.

Before his dismissal for a two-footed lunge on Mark Gower, Torres had finally started to show a few glimpses of the predatory instincts that persuaded Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich to pay a British record £50 million fee to sign him from Liverpool in January.

Although he missed a sitter against Manchester United, he also scored in that game and then against Swansea.

But just as things were looking up for Torres, his absence has allowed Daniel Sturridge to stake his own claim for a regular place in Villas-Boas’s plans with some vibrant goal-scoring displays against Bolton and Everton.

Letang’s ban was handed out Tuesday, just hours before the Penguins beat the Minnesota Wild. The defenseman also will miss Thursday’s home game against Montreal and be eligible to play on Saturday when the Penguins face New Jersey.

“It’s always questionable,” Letang said after Pittsburgh’s 4-2 win at Minnesota. “The league is trying to avoid those hits. I think I just need to be a little bit more careful on the boards and learn from that.”

Letang hit Burmistrov from behind and drove him into the boards at 13:08 of the third period during Pittsburgh’s 2-1 loss at Winnipeg on Monday night. Letang, who was given a minor penalty for boarding, will lose $37,837.84 in salary for the suspension.

“They said at the moment I can see his number, I should’ve hit the brakes, or slow down, or try to let up, I guess,” Letang said.

Simon Dyson, the English golfer, came up with a superlative performance in the final three holes with two birdies that got him into the club house of 15 under in the Irish Open at Killarney. Richard green, the Australian golfer, was trailing Dyson by a shot in the final group until he picked up a birdie with just two holes to play to get into the leader board along with Dyson. The focus of attention was shifted to the 18th hole and Tyson could not make a birdie on the 18th and was waiting anxiously to see what Green could muster at the 18th hole. Green also could not make a huge impact in the 18 as his second shot was a disappointing one that left him to make a huge putt to win the title.

The left handed green seemed to be vey nervous as his shot missed the hole and land about 12 feet beyond the hole. Green needed to come up with a massive putt to take the game to the playoff stage. As he could not finish the job by putting the ball into the hole, Dyson was handed over the Irish title by green, much to the relief of the English golfer.

Dyson said that winning the Irish Open is an amazing thing and that his focus on the final day paved way for the successful shots in the last two holes. Also, he was lucky that co-leader green missed the final putt in the 18 which eventually handed him the title. With this win, Dyson has taken his title tally to 5 wins in the European Tour. He says that he always has a vision of the scoreboard in is mind while he is playing and this helps him to focus even better while playing in the close situations.

Dyson is pretty impressed with his form that he has shown in the past week leading up to the win at the Irish Open and is hoping to keep this good run going on for some more time.
